SHIPPING INFORMATION

All of our shipments normally leave our warehouses in 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. We offer 2 methods of delivery.

1st Method: Standard Delivery (approx; 5 – 7 business days)

2nd Method: Expedited Delivery: (approx; in 2 to 4 business days)



We ship via UPS & USPS

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you need to return an item, we require you to obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing cs@plasticsurgeryshop.com. Please do not return your products without an RA number, doing so will result in your package being refused by our warehouse and sent back to you. In order to obtain a return or exchange authorization number, we require the following information. Your order ID, Name, Reason for the return and call back number. Once the information has been received, a customer service representative will respond accordingly with a confirmation email message stating instructions for the return or exchange.

Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please make sure as an added safety measure that you insure your parcel!

Generally, items that are returned within the first 30 day period will receive full credit. After 30 days only 75% of the purchase price will be refunded. Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges after 60 days.

Skin Care

If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare purchase and contains at least 50% of the product, you may return the item to us within 30 days from purchase date.

Make Up
Unfortunately, no makeup may be returned or exchanged.

Vitamins & Supplements
Unopened vitamins & supplements may be returned for a full refund. Opened containers will not be accepted. Sorry.

Garments

Inspect goods upon receipt. We guarantee our products to be without defects or material damages. Damaged garments will be taken back with prior approval only. To avoid any damages to your garment(s) please do not wear lotions, perfumes or oils of any kind in which will cause stains to the garment(s). The only time a damaged garment(s) will be returned is if the defect or damage was caused by our distributor, Cosmetic Garments or its employees. Report damages or defects within 3 days of receiving the products. Please remember to get a return ticket issued to you by a PlasticSurgeryShop.com representative. If your garment was approved for return please label it on the return package, without your return ticket the product will be refused by PlasticSurgeryShop.com. If for any reason PlasticSurgeryShop.com is at fault with a damaged product and you would like a refund, you will be refunded 100% of the total purchase price.
