Return/Exchange Policy
The following paragraphs outline our terms and conditions regarding any purchase made on PlasticSurgeryShop.com.
**ALL ORDERS THAT NEED TO BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE MUST HAVE AN RA# ISSUED TO YOU BY A PLASTICSURGERYSHOP.COM REPRESENTATIVE! NOT DOING SO WILL RESULT IN PARCEL REFUSAL!**
Order Handling/Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders do not get processed on the weekends.
(This includes all expedited, overnight & standard shipment orders)
Shipping Time:
All orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed the same day and shipped within 1-2 business days.
(We do not ship on the weekends.)
Skin Care Product Returns:
Any unopened skin care items may be returned for store credit, granted they are in 100% original condition. If you opened the product, used it or damaged it, no store credit or exchange will be given!
Compression Garment Returns:
We require the following information to process your exchange.
(If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your exchange.)
* Original Order ID Number
* Full name and address
* Phone number
* E-mail address
* Packing slip
You will receive an email notification with our return information.
** PLEASE READ THE BELOW DETAILS**
We do NOT offer refunds, only exchanges.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will unfortunately not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless the error was incurred on our end.
All returns must be shipped back to PlasticSurgeryShop.com using a traceable courier. (i.e.: UPS, FedEx and USPS)
Any package that has not been received by PlasticSurgeryShop.com and tracking information cannot be provided; will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return or exchange**
If your package is returned to PlasticSurgeryShop.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 re-shipping fee.
Cancel Your Order
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Service Representative using the methods below: cs@plasticsurgeryshop.com
Claims
You must notify us within 10 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
